CANAPÉS

Herb and tomato risotto balls stuffed with mozzarella with a rocket pesto dip

Mini farmhouse pork sausages with a Dijon mustard scented crème fraiche

Spicy red Thai curry fish cakes with a cool coconut and ginger dip

Nasturtium and Gruyere cheese beignets tossed in thyme, Parmesan and Nasturtium flowers


WEDDING DINNER MENU

 

Starter

A tower of caramelised goats  cheese with seared and fresh vegetables, herbs and a light pesto dressing and balsamic glaze

Main Course

Chargrilled chicken breast on green beans, edamame and rocket with garlic, lemon and spinach pesto with buttered new potatoes

 Dessert

Rose scented pannacotta finished with strawberry compote and pistachio crunch served with a vanilla sugar shortbread biscuit

Freshly brewed coffee, tea and herbal infusions served from the coffee bar
